Front Desk Clerk/ Receptionist
The Front Desk Clerk/Receptionist performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping.
Essential Functions:
-
Develops and maintains office forms and procedures, and assists with administrative tasks including filing, patient account maintenance, and data entry of patient records and/or test results and surveys

Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly
-
Communicate with the public and answers questions, in person and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees, citizens, others, and refers, when necessary, to appropriate person
-
Operates listed office machines as required
-
Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail
-
Duplicates and distributes materials
-
Composes, types and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda , and other material
-
Assists public with the use of department facilities
-
Maintain office supply inventory
-
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas, break room, and adjustment room
-
Reponsible for scheduling patient appointment
-
Responsible for maintaining relationship with current patients and outsourcing new patients
-
Greeting patients and anyone first thing upon entering the office
-
Responsible for being educated on our products and/ or services we offic

Develop and maintain patient confidential records
Required Skills:

Strong communication

Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Outlook)

Outgoing personality

Interested in the health care field

Graduation from high school or GED equivalent with some college course and/or degree

Experience with maintaining confidential patient records

Massage Therapist
We need a Massage Therapist that is a knowledgeable and caring professionals, interested in the well-being and persona satisfaction of our patients. They are skilled in the latest massage trends and techniques, and have a positive impact on the health and wellness of our patients.
Essential Functions:

Greet patients in professional, friendly manner and designs a specific massage plan based on the patients needs after reviewing the patients intake form

Obtains client's informed consent for massage plan prior to beginning the massage

Preform 50( up to 120 minutes) minutes quality massage session within their scope of training and utilizing draping protocols
-
Complete accurate and legible client intake notes
-
creates an excellent experience for patients through a present therapeutic touch and friendsly attitude
-
Safeguards client information and confidentiality
-
Maintains a professional clea appearance of self and clinic by wearing clean and pressed uniform, following the table dressing and draping protocols and keeping the therapy room clean
-
Promote the health and wellness benefits to client's receiving massage therapy on a regular basis
-
Generate new patients through promoting member referral and promotional programs
-
Work together with the doctor to help come up with the best treatment plan for patients
-
Participate in local marketing and wellness events in the community
Job Requirements:
-
Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations
-
Must be a licensed massage therapist in the state of IL
-
Completed a minimum of 600 hours of education
-
Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and chiropractic care
-
Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with patients and Dr. Bucek
-
Able to work flexible days and hours
-
Must be self-insured
