CHIROPRACTIC APPOINTMENT

• Please bring your own mask from home and wear it the entire time you are in our office.

• When you arrive for your appointment, please stay in your car and text or call the office 331-248-5777 upon your arrival. We will then direct you on when to enter the office.

• Your temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer. A reading of 100.4 degrees or higher will require us to reschedule your appointment from your car or home.

• Health screening questions will also be asked prior to entering the office.

• Once you enter the office please go straight to the bathroom to wash your hands.

• We ask that only the patient being treated enters our practice, anyone under 18 can have one parent/guardian come to their appointment if needed.

• WE LOVE OUR PATIENTS! We also love to chat with you at your appointments. Please understand that we will need to limit our casual conversations to allow for social distancing, running on time, and the timely disinfection of treatment chairs and sterilization of instruments.

• If instructed by Dr. Bucek to do per-therapies if possible, please do so at home prior to your appointment. Neck traction units will not be available to do in the office for the time being to reduce risk to our patients.

•  We want to minimize the use of our restroom. Please try to use your restroom at home prior to your appointment.

• CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE: Due to the limited appointments available we have updated our cancellation policy to a fee of $50.00 per-appointment if we are not contacted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for any appointment changes.

MASSAGE APPOINTMENT

• Please bring your own mask from home and wear it throughout your massage session unless instructed otherwise. 

• When you arrive for your appointment, please stay in your car and text or call the office at 331-248-5777 upon your arrival. We will then direct you on when to enter the office.

• Your temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer. A reading of 100.4 degrees or higher will require us to reschedule your appointment from your car or home.

• Health screening questions will also be asked prior to entering the office.

• We encourage all gratuity to be done via credit cards with our front desk employees to limit exposure to our therapist.

STAFF

• We will take the temperature of every team member, including Dr. Bucek, immediately upon arrival to work. Health screening questions will also be asked. Any team member with a temperature registering at 100.4 degrees or above will be sent home. Any team member with a “yes” answer to any of the screening questions will be required to go home.

•  All team members will always be required to wear masks in the office at all times.

• We will be respecting the social distancing guidelines, so our front desk staff will be on the farthest computer away from the front door. When scheduling your next appointment please stand by the computer closes to the door (like normal) to ensure you are 6 ft away

• We have limited appointments available to allow our staff to properly disinfect everything in between every appointment.
