treatment Cost
For the 2023-24 Chicago Steel Hockey season, all treatment by Dr. Bucek at the rink is at no cost to the players. Any treatment / service performed
in-office are offered at a exclusive, discounted cash rate for all players. Payment will be due at time of appointment. Bucek Chiropractic will not be submitting to any insurance payers regardless of network status due the exclusive discounted prices.

Adjustment $40.00
Dr. Bucek is trained in a a wide range of adjustment techniques that give him the abilities to treat specific areas (feet, shoulders, wrists, posture, etc.), not just the back and neck. This allows for customized adjustment based on patients' specifics needs. Adjustment is at a flat cost of $40 per-appointment and not based on number of areas adjusted or techniques used.

In-Office Therapies $10.00
Dr. Bucek might advise the patient to complete in-office therapies, standing cervical traction and wobble chair, prior to getting an adjustment.

Exams $50 - $60
The exam price varies based on how extensive the exam is (based on type of injury or issue) and the time length of exam and consultation.

Training $10.00
(in-office therapies or at home exercises)
This cost is for when Dr. Bucek is training / teaching the patient any therapies and/ or exercises for at home or to be done in the office.

Custom Foot Orthotic $300
Custom foot orthotics are shoe inserts that are made based on a digital gait scan performed by Dr. Bucek. The gait scan analyzes your walk by taking 300 measurements per second and how your body carries your weight while standing. This allows your custom foot orthotics to provide you the proper support while improving your gait at the same time. Once purchased, we send the order out the same day and typically receive them in 10 - 14 business days.

Rapid Release Therapy (RRT) $7.00 (per-area)
Rapid Release Therapy is a non-surgical, non-invasive treatment to break up adhesions and scar tissue that builds up in muscles from use. Most commonly used in injury recovery or to relieve pain in specific areas.

Therapeutic Taping $5.00 (per-area)
Therapeutic taping is designed to facilitate the body's natural healing process and to restore normal function of these tissues while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body's range of motion. Infrared Sauna Session $20.00
You may choose from any infrared sauna session we offer. Please visit the infrared sauna section on our website for more information.

Massage Therapy $74.99 - $109.99
A 60-min massage session is $74.99 and 90-min massage sessions are $109.99. The cost does not included gratuity. Dr. Bucek consults with our LMT prior to players' scheduled appointment to make sure she is aware of any injuries, treatment, or specific areas to focus on.

After-Hours Appointment Cost $50.00
Any appointments that are conducted in-office during non-office hours are subject to a $50.00 appointment fee in addition to cost for services rendered during the appointment. Our text messages are monitored 24/7; so if an emergency appointment is needing while office is closed, please text us at (331)- 248-5777.
