Manual Adjustment

A manual adjustment simply means that Dr. Bucek uses his hands to maneuver the individual areas of the musculoskeletal system. This technique allows treatment to be focused on a specific area/injury in addition to the whole body. This is how every patient receives customized treatment/care.

Activator
Technique

The Activator technique use a small, hand-held medical device to deliver a quick, low-force impulse to spinal joints with the goal of restoring motion to the targeted joint. This technique is performed either as an alternative to manual adjustment in a specific reginal of the body or is used to assisted during treatment.

Custom
Orthotics

These are digitally-measured, custom-made, removable inserts that are placed into your shoes in order to create support and comfort for your feet. Orthotics are made-to-order to match the contour of your feet and are designed on the way you walk. Thus, making them more efficient than over-the-counter (OTC) arch supports that are designed for a mass of people and are not specific to your individual needs .

Posture Assessment

Proper posture is essential for the overall health of your body.  Dr. Bucek utilizes the last technology in order to identify how to improve and maintain proper posture. Proper posture benefits include better sleep, reducing aches and pains in the joints, back, neck, and head, improves digestion, enhances organ function, and more.

Rapid Release Therapy

Rapid Release Therapy (RRT) is a non-surgical, non-invasive treatment that uses the power and comfort of vibration (at an optimal frequency of 10,000 hertz) to break up painful adhesions in the body to release muscles and nerves. This allows the body to return to an optimal level of health by decreasing recovery time and injury frequency.

A typical RRT session lasts about two to five minutes. The number of treatments required vary based on your conditions or severity.

K-Laser
Therapy

K-Laser is a non-invasive FDA-approved class 4 laser used to manage pain and inflammation while accelerating tissue regeneration. It creates optimal healing environment that reduces inflammation, swelling, muscle spasm, stiffness, and pain.  K-Laser is useful in treating both short-term injuries and long-term health conditions. Sessions are typically 6-12 mins and a significant reduction in pain is typically expected on the first treatment.
